We have a few ways for you to continue to practice with us!
We offer Live-Streamed Zoom classes, Vimeo pre-recorded classes, and Outdoor Yoga classes to support your health & comfort level during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
To take any class, please PRE-REGISTER & PAY with your teacher for class.
ALL classes will be taught ONLINE or OUTSIDE.
How to register? Visit the Square Store Link next to instructor's name below in the class schedule. This link will take you to the class you wish to take.
When you register with your teacher & pay for class, you'll receive the link for your class by email before class begins (not immediately upon registration).
Register for class at least 30-minutes before class time.
Join Stacey on Sunday mornings (8:15-9:15am) at the lovely Seibels House Gardens in downtown Columbia. We will practice safely distanced from each other. Class is All Levels and open to anyone as modifications will be shown.

Please bring your own props, water, bug spray. A large beach towel is also recommended under your mat due to the morning dew on the grass. no bathrooms available.

Join Stacey for two special classes out at Lake Murray. These Paddle Board classes are super fun and safe, and geared to any level of experience. We'll begin slowly to warm up and then deepen the practice as the sun begins to set. Come enjoy nature at her most beautiful time.
Sunday, September 20th & 27th, 6:00-7:00pm. Class costs $30 with your own board OR $40 for board rental. Pre-registration and payment is required to hold your space.

This is an opportunity to have private yoga instruction with the teacher of your choice. We will evaluate where you are in your practice and provide personalized instruction and refinements to help you make a quantum shift in your practice. For beginning students, this is an optimal way to learn the basic elements of yoga at your own pace and to get all your questions answered. For those with physical challenges or therapeutic needs, like back pain or shoulder injuries, this private lesson will tailor poses to your body's abilities and teach you how to modify your practice in a group class situation. "Homework" will be provided so you can learn to optimally align on your own and heal faster. A private session can also be scheduled to deepen your meditation and breathing practices.
