In-studio classes begin July 1st. We will also continue to offer Live-Streamed Zoom classes, Vimeo pre-recorded classes, and Outdoor Yoga classes to support your health & comfort level during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Starting July 1, please PRE-REGISTER & PAY with your teacher for class at least one-hour before class begins.

We will still be offering classes ONLINE. If you are practicing with a Live-Stream class, when you register with your teacher & pay for class online, you'll receive the link for your class by email. Register for class at least one-hour before class time.
We now have an 8-hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel your pre-registration within this timeframe your class payment will not be refunded. Please understand that we are opening the studio at 50% capacity and each space is valuable. We will maintain a waitlist for at-capacity classes.
If a class in not at capacity, drop-ins are welcome. Payment made with Credit or Debit Card ONLY.
ALL in-studio & outdoor yoga students are required to sign our new release form (linked below). Please bring the completed waiver to class or email the form to email@example.com
Join Stacey at Seibels House Garden on Friday evenings at 6:30pm & Sunday mornings at 8:15am for All Levels Yoga classes. In these classes we will spread out with respect for social distancing but still come together again in community to move, breathe, and enjoy the space of nature. Please bring your own mat, props, and water. Class costs $15. Pre-registration and payment is required to hold your space.

This is an opportunity to have private yoga instruction with the teacher of your choice. We will evaluate where you are in your practice and provide personalized instruction and refinements to help you make a quantum shift in your practice. For beginning students, this is an optimal way to learn the basic elements of yoga at your own pace and to get all your questions answered. For those with physical challenges or therapeutic needs, like back pain or shoulder injuries, this private lesson will tailor poses to your body's abilities and teach you how to modify your practice in a group class situation. "Homework" will be provided so you can learn to optimally align on your own and heal faster. A private session can also be scheduled to deepen your meditation and breathing practices.
